Four Friends Kitchen2893 Roslyn St
Denver, CO 80238
I’ve been to Four Friends twice now, once during the first week they opened and again last week. First time was great and second time was even better. Super friendly servers and the food was delicious. I’ve had the brisket hash with eggs and the huevos rancheros. An order the beignets is a must. One of owners asked how my meal was, nice touch. I’ll certainly be back!
Harley’s: A Hot Dog Revolution
Harley’s is one of the best places to go grab a bite to eat for lunch in Littleton. One of the most likable guys out there is the owner and makes 90% of the items in house with bright bold flavors that are one of the kind. I recommend the Buff Daddy Dog with a nest on the side. Everyone should make Harley’s a goto stop at least 3 times a week.
Wee Katie’s Irish Restaurant & Pub3358 Mariposa St
Denver, CO 80211
This place is amazing. Had lunch yesterday and was the best fish and chips I have had state side. Met one of the owners and hes straight from Galway. He’s funny as all hell. Parking is available which is big for me as I live miles away. For sure one of the best pubs I have seen and the name fits perfectly.
Bubu7559 E Academy Blvd
Denver, CO 80230
Went here a few nights ago. Ordered a ton of food to share with some friends. Can I just say my tummy was a happy camper by the end of the night? Pretty sure I’ll be a regular here! Please try their buns, it’s one of my faves- especially the duck confit buns. Maaan I love those buns! Their bubu crispy rice is fantastic as well.

Delicious bao buns and their Tuesday Sichuan Braised Beef Noodle Bowl is crazy good. The beef melts in your mouth and the pickled vegetables add balance to the rich broth and hearty noodles. So happy they now have a restaurant in Denver and in a prime location!
