Interesting that everyone who lives in the neighborhood hates these eyesores. Most of us moved here because we like the old brick homes. These are just shoeboxes, no character at all. Developers are ruining our neighborhoods.

I lived in Northwest Denver for over 30 years and I love the old brick homes. I'm into restoring what's already there to enhance the original beauty. The homes I lived in were built in 1906. One was at 22nd and Irving area and the other was 46th and Bryant. I guess transplants are dictating the changes. Sad

Not a fan at all and it's definitely not worth a million.

That is one of the ugliest houses I have ever seen. What shame to put that trash in that area. I grew up there I know.

Yeah, that's what people want...lots of stairs...skinny hallways...and small detached rooms. Have more than 3 people in the house and it is too crowded to move, I don't want to pay over a million for that.

Cody Wilson, Afton Wilson did y'all see these?

They are ugly and don't go with the homes there. Thank transplants

That sucks, these people need to realize this world we are passing through. What does it profit to gain and lose your soul.. God has the last say... And he don't like rip offs.

I'm a thirty five year resident of North Denver...and yes I still refer to it as North Denver and not "The Highlands". These are beautiful homes and I appreciate the architecture of them. Although it is not a house I would choose for myself. The problem is they don't belong in our neighborhood. We are loosing our old neighborhood charm, and that makes me sad. Yes change is good for the neighborhoods, but these homes are to drastic. Please developers have some respect for the history here. My home was built in1896 and is still solidly standing. I wonder if these new homes will still be around in 1016 years?

Seriously? That's crazy! I'm selling my home that sits on an acre, 4 bedrooms, 4+ bathrooms! walk-out finished basement and oversized garage with attached RV garage for a heck of a lot less than that ugly thing!

A million dollars for a house by sloans lake? Get real that isn't worth that, and I am sure it's built with cheap materials too

The hone owners are selling their homes to investors, if they buy the property for $250 thousand or less they scrap and build a box and sell it at a high price. Or they buy several homes in a row and build ugly 3 story flats that are boxes. Where have these builders come from and why are they letting developers design homes thst don't blend with our community?

Connie Keese

Square boxes, boxes on top of boxes no wonderful designs, they don't blend with the other wonderful homes in the area. I have a 1948 home in the area I would much rather have than these. When I go home I love being there.

Not worth the money. Looks like a 60s military style office.

I do the stucco on these new homes in Denver, and I must say the designs are horrible but the insides are pretty cool and they all have a great roof top view of downtown
