Just wait for the wind to blow in from the south and you get the aroma of the Englewood water treatment facility.

They don't need this at crap Ruby Hill. They need more cops and and arrests.

It is still a run down neighborhood, I lived around there my whole life. The crime is bad too. Many people have been shot and killed on the hill! They said they might offer shuttles so people can park elsewhere.

That used to be the "go-to: sledding hill in the 60's and early 70's. It was a run down neighborhood then. I agree that parking will be an issue - is the developer going to utilize park area for parking? If not, and it's neighborhood parking, then I think that is a deal breaker. If you can't park, people will not go there. Is this supposed to be an alternative to Red Rocks? There is Fiddler's Green. How many outdoor venues does a city really need?

An asset to Ruby Hill. The chosen space in the park is perfect.

Assuming people don't go to concerts alone, then there is no need for 7,500 parking spaces. And it could possibly bring life to the "run-down" neighborhood

7,500 capacity venue huh? Well, I'm sure Ruby Hill can do that. But, will there be 7,500+ parking spaces in the run-down neighborhood that surrounds it? Something tells me those tiny streets won't be able to handle it...much less the people who actually live there!
