Remember back in June when some Colorado locations were able to see the Northern Lights? Well, it could happen again Monday night! According to the Geophysical Institute at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, the forecast to see the Aurora Borealis appears identical to the forecast for the June 22, 2015 storm.
Aurora activity will be high Monday night. The Northern Lights may be visible around midnight. The solid green line represents areas that could see the Northern Lights. Areas shaded in white and green, however, have the best chance of seeing the lights Monday night.
