Denver’s skyline could soon be in for a major change if a recently proposed 75-story tower comes to fruition. New York City-based Greenwich Realty Capital is the real estate development and investment firm leading the proposed project. Uruguayan architect Carlos Ott’s structure would total more than 1,000,000 square feet and consist of 248 luxury condominiums, a boutique hotel, 22,000 square feet of retail space, and more than 500 parking spaces. It would also include pools, a spa, basketball courts, a game lounge, and fitness center among other amenities. According to a press kit from Greenwich Realty Capital, the project is expected to break ground in fall 2018.
