Denver might always be covered in glitter with incredible team spirit. This week, however, marks a whole new ball game. The pop princess is in town, and all the Swifties can barely hold their excitement.

Taylor Swift will take over the Empower Field at Mile High on July 14 and 15, where over 140,000+ people will attend. To help welcome her to the mile-high city, Governor Jared Polis took to his social media accounts to share a letter to the Grammy award winner.

“I had to Speak Now, and I couldn’t help but write to you,” Polis said at the beginning of the letter. It went on to detail six critical pieces of advice including on seeing beautiful sites and that he “knows places.”

@taylorswift13, I had to Speak Now, and I couldn’t help but write to you leading up to your exciting weekend in Denver! I hope you enjoy Colorado as much as we do! pic.twitter.com/YFmkUjXzhI

— Governor Jared Polis (@GovofCO) July 10, 2023

From staying hydrated to remembering to have fun, Polis didn’t leave anything out. But he does make us wonder, is he too a Swiftie?
