After nine months of hard work, The Frightmare Compound has officially unveiled its brand-new attraction: the Swamp House. Already open to visitors, this eerie new scene is inspired by a Louisiana bayou-style house, and promises to deliver spine-chilling thrills with hidden surprises and intricate details. The 16×16 haunted structure is packed with elements designed to keep guests on edge, adding to Frightmare’s already famous haunted experience.

In a recent episode of Behind the Screams, the team offers fans an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how they built the Swamp House from the ground up. From the initial layout to the final details, viewers get an inside view of the creative process that went into ensuring the Swamp House remains immersive and terrifying for guests, with careful planning to keep each group unaware of others around them.

The Swamp House has already made its mark during Frightmare’s season, bringing an entirely new level of fright to the beloved attraction. Visitors can now experience this terrifying new addition firsthand, proving that Frightmare Compound continues to raise the bar for horror lovers in Colorado.
