Denver Police investigated four separate shootings on Sunday morning, one of which tragically resulted in a fatality. Authorities have not yet established any connections between the incidents.

The first shooting took place around 1 a.m. in the 1200 block of South Shoshone Street, where one person was hospitalized with injuries. Shortly after, at 2:30 a.m., another shooting occurred in the 2200 block of Court Place in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood, also resulting in one individual being taken to the hospital.

Around 3 a.m., a man lost his life following a shooting in the 1300 block of West Colfax Avenue, which police believe was triggered by a verbal altercation.

The fourth incident was reported around 8 a.m. in the 1100 block of North Decatur Street, with another person hospitalized. Authorities are actively investigating all incidents, and anyone with information is encouraged to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
