Three people were injured in a shooting at a house party in Northglenn on Saturday night, according to police reports. Officers responded to the scene near Loren Lane and Leroy Drive around 10:48 p.m. after receiving calls about a person being shot.

Neighbor Glenn Gleschwind, who witnessed some of the events leading up to the shooting, described seeing a few cars arriving at high speeds and hearing young people arguing. He decided to leave the area for safety. Shortly after, the shooting occurred during a dispute at the party, leaving three people wounded. The current conditions of the victims have not been confirmed.

Gleschwind, who returned to his home around 1 a.m., was locked out due to the police activity. He noted the heavy police presence in the neighborhood, with around 20 police vehicles on the street.

Authorities have not made any arrests, but they assured the public that there is no ongoing threat. The shooting remains under investigation. On Sunday morning, investigators were seen collecting evidence from two homes, one of which had a car with bullet holes. The car was towed from the scene.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Detective Damon Hoodak at 303-450-8855 or dhoodak@northglenn.org.
