Russell Westbrook has quietly gotten into a shooting rhythm from beyond the arc as of late, connecting on at least three threes in three of his last four games. Tonight, with starters Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray out as the Nuggets visit the Warriors, Westbrook is set to have an even bigger offensive role.
Recently, Westbrook has been aggressive from the perimeter, shooting eight threes against the Wizards and seven against Sacramento. With both Jokic and Murray out, I expect Westbrook to see more volume and usage here and play around 37 minutes and I won’t be surprised if we see Westbrook come out aggressive shooting the ball at will.
With his increased usage and recent shooting, this is a solid bet here at plus money and I think we see Russ takeover tonight vs Golden State.
