Not Broken, Just Misaligned: How This Colorado Coach Is Helping High Performers Rewire From the Inside Out

If you’ve ever felt like your brain was stuck in overdrive, like you’re smart and capable but still hitting the same wall again and again, Adam Tristan Coaching gets it. Because he lived it.

Before launching his coaching practice, Adam Geiger—better known as Adam Tristan—was a professional Strongman and fitness leader. On paper, he was thriving. Behind the scenes? Burnout cycles, brain fog, and the constant feeling that something just wasn’t clicking. A late ADHD diagnosis changed everything. It wasn’t a willpower problem. It was biology.

Now, based out of Commerce City, Adam Tristan Coaching helps people figure out why they feel off. Through one-on-one Telehealth coaching, he maps out what’s really going on beneath the surface—connecting stress, hormones, metabolism, mood, and behavior. No therapy scripts. No cookie-cutter plans. Just real strategies that work with your brain, not against it.

His clients are often high performers, overwhelmed parents, neurodivergent adults, or first responders who’ve already tried everything. What makes Adam different is how personal this is. He’s been through it. He speaks plainly. And he isn’t trying to fix you—he helps you understand how your body and brain actually function.

He also gives back, teaming up with the Adams County Sheriff’s Department and Boys & Girls Club to support families during the holidays. And he’s created a free guide to help parents raising kids with ADHD.

If you’re feeling burned out, overstimulated, or just off track, this might be your missing piece.
