We have been getting flooded with messages about the Denver Police Department opening fire on peaceful protesters with tear gas and rubber bullets. We have been looking into this as we have been hearing a lot of stories from people that were at the protest. After doing some research we found multiple instances where it seems peaceful protesters were attacked by officers with rubber bullets and tear gas for doing absolute nothing. It has been stated that the DPD will not use rubber bullets on protesters and we are still trying to confirm that statement. Wimmzie Bliss made a Facebook post about these incidents and the evidence is overwhelming. We would like an answer to these questions as to why the DPD was opening fire on peaceful protesters with rubber bullets. You can see the full Facebook post below with dozens of pictures of peaceful protesters being shot with rubber bullets.
