Governor Jared Polis said Thursday that he will pardon more Coloradans who have been convicted of low-level marijuana offenses now that he’s signed a bill allowing people to possess up to 2 ounces of cannabis.

A new law signed by Polis on Thursday doubles Colorado’s legal marijuana possession limit to 2 ounces for adults 21 and over, and allows those who have been convicted of possessing up to 2 ounces of marijuana to more easily seal their criminal records.
