Last year’s Free Slurpee Day was cancelled due to the COVID-19 virus, making it the first time in 20 years that they altered the promotion so that it lasted the whole month of July. In the past, 7-Eleven Day was solely recognized on one single date, July 11, offering one frozen treat to any that entered one of their locations.

With safety still their primary concern, as well as the goal of avoiding “millions of Americans crowded around Slurpee machines on a single day”, this year the convenience store has chosen a similar format to last year and will be celebrating the annual 7-Eleven Free Slurpee Day by extending it into a month-long celebration. During all of July, 7Rewards loyalty app members can redeem one free small slurpee to honor the company’s 94th birthday. You can grab one of its classic flavors, as well as special summer flavors: VitaminWater Zero Sugar Gutsy, Pineapple Whip and Blueberry Lemonade.

To become a 7Rewards member, visit any local 7-Eleven store near you or sign-up today on their website.
