White Fence Farm Is Being Tore Down And Replaced With An Apartment Building

For years the White Fence Farm in Lakewood was a go to spot for families looking to enjoy the amazing fried chicken, hush puppies and so much more. After such a great run the restaurant had to close down due to financial reasons. Last week, Crescent Communities announced that it and financial partner ParkProperty Capital had closed on the 7.36-acre site at 6263 W 62nd Ave. Jewell Ave., previously home to the White Fence Farm restaurant, which closed in 2018.
