David Lesh, the CEO of a popular skiing clothing line Virtika (based out of Denver) thought it was a good idea to take to Hanging Lake and walk on the log with signage that clearly states not to walk on it just to promote his new boarding shorts. And he is now being investigated by federal authorities for other violations in Colorado.
