This place is built for a king that’s for sure.

The 16,464-square-foot, seven-bedroom, 10-bath, two-story Georgian estate is situated on 3.37 landscaped acres in ritzy Cherry Hills Village. It’s close to great schools like Kent Denver, but a bit of a hike to Dove Valley. We’ve driven south on I-25 from Colorado to Arapahoe in morning rush hour, and it’s not always smooth sailing!

The driveway passes through a gated entrance with wrought-iron fence (there go our plans to trick-or-treat here!), through a carport and back to an oversized, seven-car heated garage.

The open, center hall floor plan features a two-story rotunda and custom inlaid black walnut flooring. There’s a “safe” room, separate media and billiards rooms, an elevator, and even an attached dog room with indoor/outdoor heated kennel. The living room fireplace (above) is one of several in the home.

The kitchen checks all the boxes with slab granite countertops, custom cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances, a walk-in pantry and an informal eating area. Nearby is a formal dining room with butler’s pantry and china closet.

An adjacent family room offers a casual spot to watch a game. We love that wall of windows.

The main floor master suite includes this bathroom (above) with a spacious shower, radiant heated floor and wet bar/refrigerator.

And of course, there are his-and-hers walk-in closets with custom cherry wood built-ins and center islands.

Major endorsement deals require a major desk to make them on. This one—surrounded by paneled walls and custom built-ins—should fit the bill.

We trust the Mannings will replace the fake plants in this wine cellar with some good bottles.

Surprised there isn’t a pool? We were too, but it seems there’s plenty of room to add one. In the meantime, the Mannings can enjoy the outdoors on their spacious veranda and patio—complete with a built-in grill.
