The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) claims that they are trying to to reduce emissions in Colorado. However, the reality is that the Employee Traffice Reduction Program (e-trip), will reduce how people can commute to work.
If passed this would require employers in Colorado to make a plan to reduce vehicle miles traveled by employees. This would leave many Coloradans forced to find a way to travel to work, without being able drive their own vehicle.
