Having a home with a patio is a bonus; COVID-19 forced many of us to spend more time at home, which leads to using our patios more than ever. Patios have become a place to relax and share stories with family, work out, or BBQ. Homes being built with patios has been steadily increasing since 2012

Patio Cleanup

There was a 22.5% increase in permits issued for outdoor living spaces in 2021. As a result, patios in Real Estate are more crucial than ever. Focusing on patio cleanup can make a world of difference. Installing new lighting can also add tremendous value and appeal to your patio.

Eliminate Weeds In Patio

Weeds are a widespread problem in patios. They can come up quickly between bricks or in cracks of the cement, which could be an eye sore to many. Remove weeds by pulling them out yourself regularly.  Pouring a mixture of one part salt and two parts boiling water can be used as a natural weed killer over the weeds on your patio and they should die within a few days.

Power Wash Your Patio

Sunlight and rain can take a toll on your patio. Over the years, patios take a severe beating from the environment, not to mention general wear and tear. Stains on the patio are all too common but easily rectified. By applying acid stain, dull concrete can be quickly brought back to life.

A pressure washer can also quickly get your patio looking good as new again!
