A study conducted by Best Life ranks Colorado as the 44th rudest state in America.

There are some places in the states where people don’t hold back their opinions. From rude drivers to unfriendly populations, these are America’s most swear-heavy locations! The study used a Business Insider survey to confirm the rudest cities in the U.S.

Here’s how Colorado scored in the study:

  • Rudest cities: Denver
  • Percentage of the state that are rude: 0.22
  • Percentage of rude drivers: 3.6
  • Unfriendly rank: 44
  • Rude customer rank: 42
  • Rudeness Score: 19

The researchers seem to have confirmed a few of those stereotypes with New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island all landing in the top 10. But there is no single type or region that dominates this list, it includes states from every corner!
