Two Teens Injured in Shooting Outside Skate City in Aurora

Two teenagers were injured in a parking lot shooting outside Skate City in Aurora on Saturday evening, according to the Aurora Police Department.

The incident occurred on the south side of the building, where police discovered shell casings. Investigators have not yet determined a motive but believe the suspects likely knew the victims.

One of the victims, a 14-year-old girl, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment. The other victim, a teenage boy of unknown age, suffered serious injuries and was also hospitalized.

Aurora police are continuing to investigate, gathering additional information about the suspects and the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
