Civic Center EATS Returns to Downtown Denver with a Full Menu of Local Flavor
Denver’s signature weekday food truck festival, Civic Center EATS, is back for the 2025 season—kicking off May 14 at Civic Center Park. This beloved downtown event transforms lunchtime into a bustling outdoor food court, with dozens of local food trucks rolling in to serve everything from international street food to indulgent desserts and craft coffee.
Running most Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the event is organized in three seasonal segments:
