Denver Braces for Midweek Snowstorm: Up to 10 Inches Possible Across Colorado

How Much Snow Could Fall in Denver and Across Colorado on Wednesday

Colorado residents are bracing for another round of snow following a storm that dropped over a foot in some areas overnight Sunday into Monday.

A Pinpoint Weather Alert Day has been issued for Wednesday as more snow is expected across the state. The Pinpoint Weather team anticipates rain and snow showers beginning Tuesday night and continuing through Wednesday morning. By the time the storm clears on Wednesday night, parts of the state could see as much as 10 inches of snow, with Denver potentially accumulating a few inches.

Snowfall Predictions

  • Denver: 1-3 inches by Wednesday night
  • Palmer Divide: Approximately 3-6 inches
  • Northern Front Range: Trace amounts up to 1 inch
  • Salida: Around 10 inches expected
  • Aspen: Nearly a foot anticipated
