Have you ever cringed at the drama at your workplace? Some people act so dramatically and are constantly spreading gossip and talking poorly behind each other’s backs. You know the type, right? I bet you can even think of someone in your workplace right now who fits the bill.

I know I myself have wanted to quit this toxic environment and find a healthier work life. I mean we spend so much time with these people, that it’s important to have a peaceful or easy going work balance.

Well, one man decided he’d had enough and quit his job. But not before telling one manager that the other manager was “talking shit” about him. And on top of this drama he recorded himself divulging the information.

In the video posted by TikToker @beendead_ on Aug. 10, he sits in a conference room with his managers, who he informs that he is quitting. He turns to his manager on his left side, “John,” and says that he has “never had a problem” with him before confronting another co-worker for “talking shit.”

Of course, embarrassment and denial ensues and those being called out are quickly and awkwardly trying to get themselves out of the spotlight.

The man then reiterates the fact that he doesn’t care anymore and that he is indeed quitting.
But not before turning his entire office against each other.
Sweet revenge to a shitty workplace. I guess that’ll teach them that if they don’t have anything nice to say, not to say anything at all.

Afterall, you never know if it will get back to the person you are talking poorly about.

The video has amassed over 143,000 views as of Tuesday, with commenters praising him for his decision to “stir the pot one last time.”

Users praised him for his entertaining exit, living vicariously through him. We don’t all have the gall to do what he did, but it’s fantastic to watch those shitty coworkers get theirs.

In a storytime, @beendead_ encourages viewers who “got inspired” by his video to quit their job if they aren’t happy.

“You only got one life. Do what makes you happy,” he says. “Another major vibe to get out of is the working vibe. You don’t want to be a worker ass ant your whole fucking life man.”

I have to agree. One life is all we got. Make the best of it and don’t stay surrounded by a bunch of a**holes.
