Need Help Shoveling? Snow Angels to the Rescue!

Denver woke up to a true winter wonderland – and a foot of snow! The storm that rolled in yesterday has blanketed the city, and it’s not letting up. Expect more snow throughout the day, so stay safe and stay warm.

The city is dealing with major road closures and school cancellations, so be sure to check road conditions before venturing out. If you’re one of the many residents digging out, remember the Snow Angels! This volunteer group helps shovel sidewalks for those who are unable. They’re especially looking for extra help in Montbello, Barnum, and Green Valley Ranch.  Become a Snow Angel hero or get assistance by visiting denvergov.org/snowangels or calling 720-913-SNOW (7669).
