Aurora Water is releasing video footage of some vandals who opened up a Fire Hydrant at Mracek Elementary School near Iliff and Tower.  It looks like the getaway vehicle was a Late 90’s, early to mid 2000’s GMC/Chevy Pick Up truck.  This was one of 5 Hydrants opened on Thursday.  Each hydrant holds about half as million gallons.  If you know who did this, you could get $2,000 if you turn them in.

Vandals have opened 5 hydrants. Could impact safety @AuroraFireDpt & risk water mains. @AuroraCOPD looking for a black 1998-2007 Chevy/GMC Crew Cab pickup. Contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers 720.913.7867 (STOP). https://t.co/VtPEM24v3k Could receive a reward of up to $2,000. pic.twitter.com/2KOIMiVign
