Teen Arrested in Deadly Shooting of Federales Bouncer in Denver
After a deadly shooting near 29th and Larimer Streets, Denver police arrested 14-year-old Steven Marquez in Wyoming. Marquez, suspected in the homicide of Federales bouncer William “Todd” Kidd, was apprehended after nearly a week-long search.
Kidd, who intervened in a fight outside the restaurant, was shot and later died at the hospital. A vigil was held in his memory, honoring him as a protector. The Denver District Attorney’s office will determine the final charges against Marquez.
