The Denver Metro’s 2021 real estate market has been unpredictable, lacking seasonal consistency and accompanied by rainy weather, while prices continue to skyrocket.
As reported by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors’ just-released April Market Trends Report, the average price for a single-family detached home in the Denver area currently sits at $$700,559 an increase of over $40,000.
