“Now That’s a Lotta Meth Pipes”: 139 Recovered in Colorado Traffic Stop
A traffic stop in Evans, Colorado, turned into a head-turning arrest when officers discovered an astonishing 139 used meth pipes inside a vehicle. The Evans Police Department posted a photo of the seizure on Facebook with the caption, “Now that’s a lotta meth pipes,” drawing attention to the unusually large quantity of drug paraphernalia.
The suspect, a 48-year-old man from Denver, was arrested and booked into Weld County Jail. He faces multiple charges, including possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Authorities also confirmed the man had an outstanding warrant related to a previous drug charge.
While drug paraphernalia arrests are typically routine, police say the sheer number of pipes found in this case made it stand out—and earned it some viral notoriety.
