Great Sand Dunes National Park
The children will love the unique landscape of Great Sand Dunes National Park, and we can’t think of a better activity than sandboarding. Echo Lake Campground
Camping at Echo Lake Campground is the perfect getaway for you and your family. It’s only an hour from Denver, but when we’re surrounded by pine forests on this mountain paradise it feels like a whole different world! There are toilets in camp as well as fire pits so our guests can make themselves comfortable while they enjoy some time outside – all without having too much trouble finding water or trash collection points near where their site would be if needed.

Timber Creek Campground
Located on the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park, it features stunning views from its location high up in Colorado’s mountains. All campsites have access to potable water as well as fire rings or tables where you can enjoy your meal while surrounded by nature – it really feels like camping inside one big park! There are also bathrooms available at this campsite so no need to go anywhere else when nature calls during those long days out exploring! There’s plenty happening nearby: if kids prefer fewer crowds then there are many opportunities to play games such as hide-and-seek among trees without worries about other people.

So, if you are looking for an easy camping trip with your kids this summer, check out one of these five locations. We promise that you won’t be disappointed! And don’t forget to pack your sense of adventure and sunscreen – the great outdoors awaits.
