Broncos QB Bo Nix Goes Viral After Heartwarming Hospital Visit
Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix went viral on social media Wednesday after making a surprise visit to a local hospital. A father shared a touching moment on Twitter/X, posting a photo of Nix speaking with his son at his hospital bed.
“Why did I just wake up to Bo Nix talking to my son in this hospital?” the father wrote, sharing an image of the NFL quarterback alongside his child.
In a follow-up post, the father revealed that his son, Santana, had been battling a serious heart condition since infancy. “Doctor told me my son was going to die when he was 2 weeks old unless he got a heart transplant. We’ve been taking him to the hospital every week since then for treatment.”
Santana was at the hospital for his weekly appointment when Nix made an unexpected appearance, brightening the young boy’s day.
The visit comes after a stellar rookie season for Nix, who was named a Pro Bowl alternate after throwing for over 4,200 yards and 34 touchdowns.
