Colorado man hit with restraining order from entire Kardashian-Jenner family
A California judge has granted a three-year restraining order protecting the entire Kardashian-Jenner family from a 40-year-old Colorado man accused of stalking. The order requires Kyle Robert DeWick to stay at least 100 yards away from Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian and Rob Kardashian, and prohibits him from contacting them in any way through July 31, 2029.
According to court filings, the family’s security team first encountered DeWick in 2021 after he allegedly made repeated visits to Kylie Jenner’s home and was later arrested for trespassing. Kris Jenner said DeWick falsely believed she had encouraged him to pursue Kylie and propose to her. Court documents also allege he toured a home next to Kim Kardashian’s property while asking questions about the family.
Kris Jenner told the court the alleged behavior caused significant emotional distress and raised concerns for her family’s safety. A temporary restraining order issued in May has now been extended into a three-year order.
