Denver Police Searching for Three Suspects in Armed Robbery Near Federal and 6th Avenue
Denver police are asking for the public’s help in identifying three suspects involved in a robbery that occurred Monday evening in the city’s Sun Valley neighborhood. The incident took place around 7:45 p.m. in the 400 block of North Federal Boulevard, just south of West 6th Avenue.
According to the Denver Police Department, the suspects include two women and one man, all believed to be Hispanic and between the ages of 30 and 40. Investigators released surveillance images showing all three individuals.
The male suspect stands out in the footage—he is shirtless, revealing multiple tattoos across his torso. One prominent marking is a large crown tattoo displayed across his chest. Police said this distinguishing feature may help identify him more quickly.
Authorities believe the trio may be traveling together in a white Toyota Sienna minivan, possibly bearing temporary California plates. It is unclear whether the vehicle is stolen or registered to one of the suspects.
Anyone who recognizes the suspects or has information regarding the robbery is urged to contact the Denver Police Department or Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tips can be provided anonymously, and informants may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
Police have not released further details on what was taken during the robbery or whether a weapon was used, but the investigation is ongoing. Authorities are reminding residents to remain alert and report any suspicious activity, particularly in the area where the crime occurred.
