Denver Weather: Temperatures Gradually Rise Toward Triple Digits

Denver’s weather will feature plenty of sunshine across the Front Range on Wednesday, with temperatures peaking in the low 90s.

Weather Today: Sunny Skies Expect clear skies throughout most of Colorado on Wednesday, with only a few additional clouds and a slight chance of an isolated shower over the foothills in the afternoon. Highs will reach the lower 90s, which is typical for this time of year.

Weather Tonight: Clear and Seasonal Wednesday night will remain mostly clear, accompanied by light winds. Overnight lows will be seasonal, dropping into the lower 60s.

Looking Ahead: Increased Warmth Heading into the Weekend Thursday will see a slight rise in temperatures, with highs hitting the mid-90s under sunny skies.

Friday is expected to be particularly hot, with temperatures potentially reaching near 100 degrees. Due to the extreme afternoon heat, Friday will be a Pinpoint Weather Alert Day.

The good news for the weekend is that, despite the high temperatures, the dry air over Colorado will make it feel slightly cooler in the afternoons.

Saturday will continue the trend of hot weather, with sunny skies and highs in the upper 90s. Sunday is forecasted to be another scorching day, with highs approaching 100 degrees and clear skies.

The new week starts with partly sunny skies and highs in the upper 90s on Monday. Tuesday might bring some relief with the potential for afternoon and evening storms, accompanied by seasonal highs near 90 degrees and more cloud cover.
