New ‘Jurassic Park-Like’ Restaurant & Bar Coming to Denver

Denver is about to welcome a dinosaur-themed restaurant and bar that promises to transport guests straight into the world of Jurassic Park. Dubbed “Clever Girl”, a nod to the iconic line from the 1993 blockbuster, this new spot will open in the RiNo (River North) neighborhood, taking over the former Zeppelin Station, a well-known food hall and market.

According to Westword, Clever Girl will feature animatronic dinosaurs, a variety of food vendors, and an upstairs bar with DJs, all set in a prehistoric, jungle-inspired atmosphere. The experience doesn’t stop at dining—guests can also test their survival skills in a dinosaur-themed escape room, adding a thrilling element to the concept. While details on the menu and opening date are still emerging, the restaurant’s website already highlights craft cocktails and happy hour specials.

For fans of dinosaurs, themed experiences, and creative nightlife, Clever Girl is shaping up to be one of Denver’s most exciting new destinations. Whether you’re stopping by for drinks, a bite to eat, or an immersive escape room challenge, this unique venue is sure to bring out the adventurer in everyone.
