Helping Colorado Families Heal—and Build Wealth—Through Real Estate

When you meet Michell Fernandez, you quickly realize she’s not just in real estate—she’s on a mission.

Michell is the powerhouse behind ColoradoHomez.com, a Denver-based real estate and life insurance service designed to help families grow wealth and protect it. She’s a dually licensed fiduciary who works with everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. But what really sets her apart is the heart behind her hustle.

After losing her son—an aspiring local music artist—to struggles with mental health and addiction, Michell turned her grief into purpose. Now, she leads a series of large-scale, quarterly mental health awareness events across Colorado, working to connect families with resources and clean up communities one event at a time. It’s part of her personal mission to help the next generation—especially youth from broken homes—find support and stability.

Her approach to real estate is just as thoughtful. Michell partners with a U.S. Marine veteran and licensed tax attorney to offer strategic, wraparound financial services to her clients. Whether you’re buying your first home or expanding your investment portfolio, her “Purchase and Protect” mindset ensures your assets are both built and safeguarded for the long run.

And when it comes to serving veterans, Michell goes above and beyond. For every military or veteran client who purchases a home, she covers the cost of a fully structured legal trust—protecting their property from probate and offering peace of mind as a heartfelt thank-you for their service.

Michell’s motto is simple: Serve. Solve. Sell. But her impact on Colorado families? That runs deep.

Learn more at coloradohomez.com or reach out to Michell directly at sellwithmichell@gmail.com.
