Reader: What’s up with the road rage in this city?

I’m constantly seeing people stop in the street and get out of their cars to confront people, stopping to scream at other drivers, etc. Last Sunday I saw two drivers pull over just south of 84th on I-25 and wrestle, seriously. What is going on here?
