Love, Money, and Mile High Real Estate: Sparkle Megan’s Life After the Pods

“Love Is Blind” star Megan Walerius, better known to fans as Sparkle Megan, is making big real estate moves — and sparking even bigger rumors about her relationship status.

According to The U.S. Sun, the 33-year-old reality star dropped $1.36 million on a remodeled Denver mansion in June 2024, just months after filming wrapped for the hit Netflix series. The luxurious home — spanning 3,751 square feet — includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a massive island perfect for entertaining. A cozy fireplace, outdoor patio, and private office round out the upscale property.

The home purchase comes after Megan and her fiancé, Jordan Keltner, were shown house-hunting in recent episodes of Love Is Blind: Denver. During filming, Megan stunned Jordan (and audiences) when she casually mentioned her budget was between $1.5 and $2 million, leaving her blue-collar fiancé visibly uncomfortable.

On the show, Megan emphasized how important a “nice home” was to her — and she wasn’t kidding. She reportedly sold her $1.56 million Los Angeles property in May 2024 to fund her Denver upgrade. But the most eyebrow-raising detail? Jordan’s name doesn’t appear on the deed or mortgage, suggesting their engagement may not have survived beyond filming.

Throughout the season, Jordan struggled with feeling like a “financial burden,” admitting he didn’t want to “mooch” off Megan’s wealth. His confessionals painted a picture of a man conflicted between love and pride — while Megan maintained she simply wanted a partner who could share her ambitious lifestyle.

The Denver home, purchased under a family trust, may be the biggest hint yet that Megan is moving forward solo. Still, fans will have to wait until October 15, when the next two episodes drop, to see how things play out between the couple.

With Megan’s glamorous persona, sharp confidence, and now a million-dollar Denver address, it’s safe to say Sparkle Megan is still living up to her name — whether Jordan’s part of that picture or not.
