Colorado Rockies Unveil Bold New City Connect Uniforms Inspired by State’s Vibrant Landscapes

The Colorado Rockies are stepping up to the plate in style with the debut of their new Nike City Connect 2.0 uniforms, designed to honor the vibrant spirit and natural beauty of Colorado. Set to be worn for the first time on Friday, April 18, the fresh look pays tribute to the state’s breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and signature mountain views.

Three years after launching their original City Connect uniforms, the Rockies are embracing a bold redesign that incorporates their iconic royal purple with striking accents of orange, pink, and blue. The color palette symbolizes the transition from day to night across Colorado’s plains and mountains, blending “bluebird skies” with “purple mountain majesty,” according to a team press release.

The new uniforms feature a modern, streamlined design that reflects a forward-thinking identity while still grounding the look in the state’s natural elements and pride.

Fans won’t have to wait until game day to get their hands on the gear. Starting Saturday, April 12, the new City Connect collection — including jerseys, hats, hoodies, and T-shirts — will be available at Colorado Rockies Dugout Stores and the Rally Store at McGregor Square.

The Rockies plan to wear the uniforms during every Friday home game for the remainder of the season, bringing the colorful energy of Colorado to Coors Field all summer long.
