For decades, Sancho s Broken Arrow on Colfax has been the go to spot to pre party before shows at the Fillmore.  The Grateful Dead theme was welcoming for many, but that could all be drawing to a close, thanks to accusations of drug dealing and under age drinking.

The Denver Department of Excise and Licenses filed papers against Timothy Premus and Tyler Bishop, who co-own Sanchos Broken Arrow. Bishop and Premus have to face a judge, and give a good reason to keep Sanchos open. This could be difficult, considering Denver Police sent in Underage Cadets, who were served without IDs being checked or enforced. Undercover agents also observed drugs like Cocaine, DMT, and MDMA being sold from behind the counter to customers. Another Employee of Sanchos was posing as a security guard, but was arrested on multiple occasions for selling drugs on the premises.  These violations will put their Liquor License in jeopardy.

Bishop also owns So Many Roads Brewery, located at 1st and Santa Fe.  This establishment  was served papers for selling alcohol to underage patrons on the same day. Bishop and Premus took over Sanchos and So Many Roads in 2020. They will stand in front of a judge on June 21st to defend their actions.
