Yoga on the Rocks Returns for 2025 Season at Red Rocks Amphitheatre
A beloved Colorado summer tradition is returning to one of the most scenic venues in the world. Yoga on the Rocks is back for its 13th season, inviting yogis of all skill levels to stretch, breathe, and move in the stunning surroundings of Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre.
Hosted by Denver Arts & Venues, the 2025 series will run Saturday mornings from 7 to 8 a.m., offering participants a chance to practice yoga in unison with up to 2,000 others as the sun rises over the iconic red sandstone formations.
“Downward Dog in unison with 2,000 other yogis, catching a classic film with monolithic rocks as your backdrop while the sun sets — these are the things Coloradans dream of as summer approaches,” said Red Rocks spokesperson Brian Kitts. “Locals and visitors alike shouldn’t miss these one-of-a-kind experiences.”
Each session is led by an experienced instructor from one of several partnering studios, including The River, Better Buzz Yoga, and Rooted Heart Yoga & Wellness. Bilingual instruction is available on select dates to ensure accessibility to a wider community.
