Calling all veggie Rockies fans! Forget the usual ballpark fare – this season, Coors Field is serving up something totally unbeef-lievable!

Better-Off Burgers, a brand new stand slinging delicious plant-based burgers and creamy dairy-free shakes. High five to Aramark for creating this dream come true!

Their crack team of chefs spent months tinkering in the kitchen (seriously, the smell must’ve been incredible!), and the result? Plant-based patties that sizzle, sear, and satisfy just like the real deal. Hungry Planet Beef knows what’s up – their “chub” is a game-changer.

“After months of research and testing, the Aramark culinary team has created a unique, vegan menu with a robust flavor profile that mimics the taste and texture of real meat,” chef Richard Grab, director of culinary innovation for Aramark Sports + Entertainment, said in a statement.

But wait, there’s more! Check out the epic line-up:

  • The Original with burger sauce, pickles, and vegan cheddar cheese. Available add-ons include roasted mushrooms, onions, and avocado.
  • Chorizo Burger with “chorizo,” vegan smoked gouda, roasted peppers, bibb lettuce, and chipotle aioli.
  • Medi Burger with za’atar, carrot sumac slaw, harissa mayo, olive tapenade, and bibb lettuce

Tahini Shakes

  • Vanilla: Oat milk, banana, dates, and protein powder.
  • Strawberry: Oat milk, banana, dates, protein powder, and strawberries.

Better-Off Burgers, located in section 115, debuts on Friday, April 5 during the Rockies’ home opener against the Tampa Bay Rays.
