Marybeth Heckler from Loan Simple believes that now is the best time for first-time homebuyers to start looking at houses. She also believes that it’s essential for potential home buyers to know exactly what they can afford and not go over their budget because it’s better to be safe than sorry. She also suggests that people should stay organized throughout this process by keeping all of the relevant paperwork together as much as possible. This will make things easier when it comes time to close on your new house, and you won’t have any surprises popping up out of nowhere.

Lenny Maiocco from The Maiocco Group gave his input and advice to potential home buyers as well. He believes that it’s important for you to know exactly what kind of house you want before looking at houses because it helps you stay focused on your goal. He also thinks that shopping around is an excellent idea when applying for a mortgage so that way you can find out which lenders are offering the best rates. He suggests staying organized throughout this process by keeping all of the relevant paperwork together as much as possible.

 

Maiocco and Heckler both agree that it’s important to stay organized throughout this fascinating process. They also advise potential home buyers not to go over budget. Lastly, they suggest shopping around for the best rates when applying for a mortgage.
