‘Tis the season to freeze our tails off. The bright side to that is warming up in the hot tub.

Top 10 best cities:

  1. Colorado Springs, CO
  2. Beaverton, OR
  3. Reno, NV
  4. Denver, CO
  5. Las Vegas, NV
  6. Spokane, WA
  7. Houston, TX
  8. Bend, OR
  9. Raleigh, NC
  10. Cincinnati, OH

Top 10 worst cities:

“Finally, we calculated scores (out of 100 points) for each city to determine its rank in each factor, each category, and overall. A city’s Overall Score is the average of its scores across all factors and categories. The highest Overall Score ranked “Best” (No. 1), and the lowest “Worst” (No. 500). Note: The “Worst” among individual factors may not be No. 500 due to ties,”s says the study page.
