If you’re seeking a thrill this holiday season, than the Terror-Dactyl canyon swing, found at the Cave of the Winds in Colorado Springs should be on your bucket list!

The swing drops thrill seekers off of the side of a 200-foot cliff, sending them sailing into Williams Canyon at close to 100 miles per hour.

“Once you are securely strapped in, you will free fall over 150 feet into breathtaking Williams Canyon. Your shrieks and laughs will echo through the canyon, but as you swing back and forth over the canyon floor, you’ll be planning to ride the Terror-dactyl again!” says the company website.

Things to know before you go:

  • Riders must be at least 48″ tall
  • Riders must be between 100 – 250 pounds
  • Weight difference between riders on same chair cannot exceed 100 pounds.
  • If weight difference between riders exceeds 100 pounds we can find someone to ride with you!
  • We do not allow guests to bring cameras on the TERROR-dactyl.

If you’re up for the challenge, click here to book your reservation.
